Where to find used wedding dress?

I am trying not to spend a lot of money on a dress I will wear once...but I still want to have a beautiful dress. Anyone have luck with a used dress? Where should I look?

And you can always search for wedding consignment in your area. I'm in CT and I know we have a few that give great deals, even on new dresses.

I know a lot of people don't care for it, but I found my dress at David's Bridal. It was exactly what I wanted and it was affordable, less than what I was budgeting too.

I second clever brides. You can always inquire about what styles they have in your size range, and bonus you can try on the dress. I tried on a few dresses there but ended up buying new.
