I need some help/inspiration! I am trying to find tips on how to keep my wedding under $5,000, but I dont necessarily want to sacrifice style to save a buck. I am thinking about having a outdoor summer wedding somewhere in MN, or early fall if prices usually go down after the busy summer season. There is just so much to think about. I don't want any dancing (because I'm awful at it) which is a big money saver. Also the guest list will be pretty small at less than 100. I'm pretty crafty so I think it might save me some money to make decorations and such myself. Also I wont need too many flowers with only 3 bridesmaids. People have said it might be a good idea to forego dinner and do an appetizer or dessert only wedding, but I haven't decided if I like that idea. I want it to be really relaxed. Does anyone know of any wedding venues that are semi outdoors and affordable? Also if you have any other tips on how to cut cost that would be really helpful. Thank you!
