Invitations

I am getting married about 4 hours from my hometown, so I guess it is considered a destination wedding.  I am having trouble with my invitations.  I need to include the following:

Date
Time
Ceremony Location
Reception Location (coctail hour)
Reception Location (seated dinner)
Directions
Hotel Accomodations
RSVP card

How in the world do I include all these things?

Thanks in advance!

The best way to include all of those things is to add an insert card with the additional guest information in your invitation envelope. It's something that most invitations can have included for the cost of the additional card. If you can't really afford to buy the extra card, you could design and add one yourself to the same envelope that your invitations will be in. :)

Well, I am having a local wedding for me and the FI family. However my family that out weights his 2 to 3. Is all out of town. So I need several inserts as well.
As for cost -I designed my own invites. But even still to get them printed on pretty paper by someone was pretty outrageous in price. So I have decided to do a DIY. I have done all of my inserts and invitation in photoshop and made the background image the color/style I would have wanted the cards (I scanned in scrab book paper and used those). I am having them printed on white card stock. Turns out colored prints are cheaper then colored paper. I found some pocketfold envelopes here:

I know you werent asking all of that info. But I thought I would share that as well.

But as for putting the information u need into the invitation. This article really helped me with wording and formality. I scanned it in for you. If you are having prob. reading it let me know. (they were to big for the knot so i put it in photobuck for u, so they were big enough to read)

It does suggest using an insert card for the reception information.

    If it were me...
I would have the main invite:
    Date/Time/Location of Ceremony
In the line where you put "reception to immediately fallow". I would also put (please see insert) or something of that nature

    1st Insert -
Which can be as large as you invite card with a 1/2 in header saying:
    GUEST INFORMATION
Explain the chosen attire, how the wedding is planned (the three locations etc.)
Any anything else you can fit... there is all kinds of information you will realize people should have on this page.

    2nd Insert-
1/2 in shorter then your 1st insert, with 1/2 in header saying:
BEFORE THE WEDDING (or something of that nature)
Include Hotels and closest Airports if needed.
Directions to the Wedding, which is usual just a map since not everyone is in one place. but if they are then direction and a map.

    3rd Insert-
1/2 in shorter then your 1st insert, with 1/2 in header saying:
    AFTER THE CEREMONY
    Time/Location of Cocktail Hour
a map and directions from the ceremony below the information (on the insert)

    4th Insert-
1/2 in shorter then your 3rd insert, with 1/2 in header saying:
    THE RECEPTION
    Time/Location of Reception
a map and directions from the cocktail hour below the info (on the insert)

5th Insert OR its own card-
1/2 in shorter then your 4th insert, with 1/2 in header saying (This is TOP insert although shortest):
    RSVP
    with all that fun info.

now that I wrote you a book. hope it actually helped!
