  I'm open to the five boroughs and anything not far in NJ, like Bergen County. My fiance changed his mind. We are actually open to a daytime wedding. We are both laid back people and that may give our wedding a more laid back vibe (as well as save us money)

  I would check out Long Island. There's a beautiful place in Baldwin called The Coral House. My parents had their 25th wedding anniversary party there and it was great.

  Just off the top of my head - Colonial Inn, Seasons, The Tides. Let me keep thinking. 

  
  

  If you're not opposed to a little further upstate NY, you could check out Bear Mountain. I heard they have great prices.
