    I'm way off track this week. I didn't even try to lose anything over Thanksgiving and then I got my gift from Mother Nature on Sunday, so I've felt like total poo all week. Maybe next week will be better for me?

    I went to the gym and did a few laps in the pool nothing breath taking though ugh i need to get to it
