Vietnamese / American Wedding

I am looking for have an American style wedding, but with Vietnamese food.  I am not opposed to have the reception that a Viet restaurant, but Kim Son seems to be my only option.  Has anyone had a Viet restaurant cater your reception?

Any other suggestion?

    Le Viet in the West Chase area comes to mind.  I didn't get catering from them but one of the venues I visited recommended them as a caterer.  I have eaten at the restaurant several times and they're decent.  I cannot speak to their catering skills though.

    Have you tried looking into venues that will allow outside catering? A friend of mine just held their wedding at Pine Forest Country Club and had Kim Son catered there. It will be a more expensive option to cater though. Kim Son's website also has a list of places they cater to. http://kimsoncatering.com/event-facilities
