Fi and I would like to stay in a hotel the night before and the night of our City Hall wedding. Any recommendations? We'd like to spend under $600 a night and have it be not too far from downtown Manhattan. We'd also like it to be nice looking since the getting ready pictures will be taken there. I'd prefer it to have some kind of vintage charm if possible.
