Adding sleeves to my gown

Can anyone recommend a good alteration shop?  I bought my dress secondhand and need to add sleeves, bustle and fit the dress.  I'm in the Heights but am happy to go to someone further if they are recommended.

    I had my alterations done at the Brass Thimble, on Jones Road.  She added boning to my dress, little spaghetti straps, and hemmed my rehearsal dinner dress all for super cheap, and did a really good job.

    I know that's not the exact alterations you're looking for, but just wanted to offer this shop because I was surprised by how cheap it was, and she did a good job.  Adding boning to a bodice and making it look good isn't an easy job.

    I also had mine done at The Brass Thimble - she is great, and very reasonably priced! It's a little far from the Heights, but I can almost guarantee you'll pay more in that area.
