How do I decide how much ingredients to order for signature drinks?

We have two signature drinks. His is a vegas bomb and mine is a TN lemonade. Do we scale this so that every guests gets one signature drink? So we would buy ingredients for 150 vegas bombs and 150 lemonades? Or do you order more? I'm stuck! Help!!

    You should count on one drink per guest per hour - many may not want to switch to something else mid-evening, so you don't want to run out. So if your reception is 4 hours and you have 150 people, I would get enough for 600 of each drink. Minimum 300 of each, but 600 would cover the off chance that everyone chose the same one. Luckily liquor doesn't go bad!
