100 person Reception for under 5k

I know it might sound totally crazy but I'm trying to pull this off. Anyone have any suggestions for places from 35-45$ a head?

    You should consider a brunch reception without alcohol - you may be able to have that budget work. The problem is you have to find someone to cater at around $35 plus tax and gratuity which is about $10 = $45. Most open bars will run you $25-$35pp alone.
