    I mostly only own black or grey pants for this exact reason. I all-too-frequently wear my coffee.

    DH travels with a kitchen towel in his car and puts it on his lap while driving because he's spilled coffee on his pants so many times.  He doubles it up and it catches any minor to medium spills.

    One perk of being in a medium mill was coffee stains and paper stains where the same color.  Now I just blame stains on the kids.
