Looking for a small wedding ceremony venue. there will only be like 20 people max. Trying to keep it low budget. Inside or outside doesn't matter. just would like it to be pretty and possibly have a "in case of rain" place. Anywhere in the Des Moines Area is preferred but not required. please help!
