  I have no idea for you, but our church specifically prohibits any fake or real throwing. Check with your venue before planning and purchasing.

  Dollar tree has awesome snowflakes at winter time. They are sort of this fluffy, feathery material. You can also order fake snow online. Also, I just want to say that when we considered a winter wedding, we were going to do this. LOVE!

  Try a craft store sometime in October/November.  They should have their Christmas stuff out and will have all sorts of snowflake stuff.

  I think if you wait until October/November you will have an easier time finding that in crafting stores. I remember finding some fake snow which would be perfect for this among christmas decorations. It was a light fluffy material that has some shine & shimmer to it.

  Oh yeah I definitely plan on waiting closer to winter just to see what all they have. I was just wanting to see if any one had some ideas that I havent seen yet.
