Venue for 200 with open bar and food on a $25K Budget

Hey Everyone!
I am recently engaged and trying to plan an affordable wedding for 200 (my fiance and i have very large families).
Must haves are: 200 people, open bar, regular dinner (buffet or plated, just not "cocktail reception"). I will consider doing a non-saturday night wedding if i have to, but i'd like to see what is out there first before i start making compromises.

Anyone get married and have a large group reception in the Bethesda/Frederick/Baltimore MD areas? Max budget for everything is $25K so i'm thinking i need to keep venue/food/drinks at $15K

    The only place I found that would fit into your budget like that is The Morningside Inn in Frederick. It was one of the first places we looked at, and we liked it, but neither of us have a real tie to that area, and it is certainly in the middle of no where.
