  Having a website can be your best friend when planning a DW. You can simply put on your STD please reference our website www.janelovesbob.com for more details on the event, hotel information & local transportation details.

  Then you can put more details on your website in regards to what hotel/location the ceremony will be (time can be skipped on website), where the reception where bill at (again time can be skipped for now). If there are more then the one place to stay, this will help guests determine where they want to stay based on where things are going to be & what fits into their budget. When a friend of mine got married in Vegas she put on the STD, we're staying at the xxx hotel, but feel free to stay at any hotel in the Vegas area. Also if you put down if shuttle service is available to & from the hotel  (and ceremony/reception unless those are at the resort you are staying at), that helps people to plan on if they will need a rental car or not.
