How do I cook for a crab/seafood boil!? ADIVCE PLEASE!!! :)

I am cooking a crab/seafood boil for my rehearsal dinner for about 40+ guests.. What all do I need?! :)

    I don't know the exact quantities of these items but here's a starter list

    large pots to boil in

    large burners for pots

    good quality knife (you might have to cut apart some of the legs to fit in pots)

    something to put seafood in after you have cleaned it

    cooling unit & space to store while you cook. you don't want to leave it out at room temperature for very long, seafood spoils quickly..

    I would recommend looking up some cooking blogs for crab/seafood boils. It will give you a better idea of supplies, and ingredients you will need. You'll be able to rent most of what you need I would think. Hope this helps!
