  www.chicstar.com has awesome reasonably priced vintage  womens clothing (especialy dresses)of all eras, takes anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks to get them shipped though

  these are not custom made though , but they have size charts that show measurments and their sizes are true to size . so you must get accurate measurments before ordering
