FH and I are hosting a backyard BBQ rehearsal dinner. There'll be 40 people total, including our wedding party and their significant others, plus our parents and a handful of close relatives.
How many bottles of wine/cases of beer should we purchase? Anyone hosted a party this size before and have suggestions? Everyone who's attending likes to drink beer and/or wine, so I'm betting all the guests will have at least one drink. We're skipping liquor to save $$, plus there will be an open bar at the wedding the next day anyway.
