    Check out Kirsten J. Cox photography.  She takes great pics and her website is kirstenjcoxphotography.com.

    For a marriage license, you have to both have blood tests done (cheap or even free at the health department) and take that info and identification to the circuit clerk's office to apply.  You can call the courthouse to make sure of exactly where you need to go.
