Indoor venue with outdoor feel

I am planning a Winter wedding in the East Bay. I've always imagined a natural, romantic outdoor wedding (in a botanical garden, park, or other place surrounded by greenery). But we can't risk that with the weather. Does anyone know of a place that meets all these requirements?

-Cheap! (our total budget is $10k)

-Indoors/covered

-Feels outdoorsy/natural (like a greenhouse perhaps)

-Accommodates 250 people

I know this is a tall order. I haven't found anything but before we give up hope, wanted to check and see if anyone else had ideas.

with that guest list, I think it's going to be unlikely. You could check out Humanist Hall in Oakland. The interior has a very much "hall" feeling, but they have a pretty outdoor garden area. But, the space is seperated. It could likely accomodate that many people.

The only other places I know that might fit that many people would be well over your budget.
