Oahu Estate or Beach Venue Suggestions

Hi! I'm trying to find a venue that can accommodate around 100 guests that can offer a beach front ceremony site and an indoor reception area. None of the estates I've inquired with (Banyan Tree, a couple in Kailua) allow a one night reservation and others are not big enough. Does anyone know of any locations on the island that may be what I'm looking for? Thank you!

    Loulu Palm Estate on the North Shore does not have an indoor area, but it is ocean front and you could rent a tent.

    Thank you!  Lo'ulu Palm Estate is amazing, but NS weather is too unpredictable for me (I'm from Mililani).  I've been to a few weddings there when it rained and was windy and even under a tent things get messy and damp.  But it is a gorgeous venue.
