We are thinking about having a wedding at the Eagan Community Center. Classic Catering is one of their vendors and by far the least expensive. However, they can't get us in for a tasting for quite a while. Has anyone used them or know if they are good? They seem so much less than the other vendors that it almost makes me a little nervous, but I'd love it if they were good.
