  Check out Waverly Beach in Menasha.  I hear they recently remodeled their reception space.  I went to a pre-remodel wedding there a few years ago and the ceremony was beautiful - they had it outside next to the lake.

  We just had a family wedding reception there on July 26th and it was just beautiful! Weather was nice so guests could mingle in and out from patio to "ballroom".  Plenty of room for dancing after moving tables after dinner.  We had private access to the entire downstairs (which is the remodeled part) and this also goes right out onto the patio which had direct access to the water.  It was a very nice venue and I'm thinking of having my wedding/reception there next year too!

  You could check out Beckets or The Waters in Oshkosh...both are waterfront.
