Schoolhouse wedding?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a school/ schoolhouse that rented and allowed alcohol?  We are trying to stay close to the cities...

We will have about 150 guests and we really want to bring out our food.  
This will be a budget wedding (hopefully under 10,000).

    Most school districts have rental policies and procedures so that you can rent them - the alcohol and time of day are going to be the bigger challenge...
