HELP need a barn venue!

I am willing to do it anywhere between Ottawa, IL to Beloit, WI. Looking for a barn wedding!! any suggestions that are not too expensive!

    I really want a barn venue too!!! I am having a very hard time finding one that is relatively close and AVAILABLE :(  I reside in DeKalb County, and our reception is in Kane County...any one have any suggestions? I'm just about tapped out for places to look!!

    The big red barn in New Windsor, IL. I think it might be a little pricier though, giving their facebook page a look might be worth it though :)

    Check out this place in Roscoe, IL. It is a very nice place with a huge red barn.

    I also ran across a place in Elburn, IL. Not sure if they have a barn per say, but it is an all natural area. It is call the Ancestral Blessings Tree Farm and Sanctuary. You can find their website on wedding wire.

    I've been searching for a while now. Here's my list of barns & other interesting venues to checkout in and around Illinois: All Seasons Orchard, Woodstock IL Oak Hill Weddings, Apple River IL The Pavillion at Orchard Ridge Farms, Rockton IL Heritage Prairie Farm, Elburn IL Pinehill B&B, Oregon IL Over the Vines, Edgerton WI The Enchanted Barn, Hillsdale WI The Blue Dress Barn & Millcreek, Indiana The Homestead 1835, New Carlisle IN Just a side note, be prepared to spend just as much for one of these venues--if not more!--as you would at a fancy banquet hall.

    Hoosier Grove Barn in Streamwood, IL I have never been there, but I drive by it often. I believe it is run by the streamwood park district & you can bring in your own caterer.

    It is the Byron Colby Barn and it is in Grayslake, IL. This thread was created back in January. It is basically a dead thread.
