    I have no idea how they plan to execute this.  Bride's parents didn't want to pay for people who weren't going to drink, hence the wristband idea.  

    Also, no.  200 person reception.  
    They do realize people will get smart right? If I drink 2 drinks and want another one, I would just as a "non-drinker" to buy a drink for me. LOL.... if there is 200 guests, I will almost guarantee that they will end up paying for 400 drinks. ...People aren't dumb! LOL
