Signature - How do I give my pictures off my computer an address?

See what my signature looks like? They are literally copy pasted from a word document into the signature edit box. I have no idea how to give them a web link so that I can copy that into the "Insert Picture" box. Help?

I right clicked them, hit 'Copy Image URL' and then pasted the link.
