Our hotel gave us a group code but I wasn't sure it was appropriate to list the code vs group name.

    Don't capitalize every first word on each line unless it's a proper name (I changed it above). Never use "&" on the invitation.

    Everything else looks good to me.

    ETA: the wording "celebration of your union" almost sounds like it's not a wedding ceremony. You may want to change that to "as they are united in marriage".

    Is this a wedding invitation?  Your wording will confuse your guests. This is more clear.

    Together with their parents
    Bride's Full Name
    and
    Groom 's Full Name
    request the pleasure of your company
    as they are united in marriage
    Saturday the twenty-eighth of March
    two thousand and fifteen
    at quarter after six o'clock
    Hotel name
    City, State

    Reception to follow

    Thanks for the replies! We are using a suite off Wedding Paper Divas so they do the wording and we fill in our names... So these corrections are very helpful. :)
