I need help with location

I need help finding a location in philadelphia or surrounding areas (no more than 40mins drive) that can hold 500 ppl or more and allows outside catering. I have been searching on google and so on and am finding it difficult so any help I can get will be really really appreciated.

    I would try searching on Partyspace.com- you can input the number of guests and narrow it down from there...  I believe that the Ice Box in Northern Liberties can hold that number and you can bring in your own caterer, same for some of the Philly parks like Sister Cities & Dilworth.  Good luck with 500!!
