Is the Carltun ripping me off?

I booked a small wedding 65-100 people at the Carltun from 5-10 PM. I said I'm also having my ceremony there. Now they are telling me that since I have a small wedding, the ceremony will be from 5-6 and the cocktail hour from 6-7 and the reception from 7-10. I thought most weddings were for a total of 5 hours, (1 hour cocktails and 4 hour reception). Carltun brides how many hours was your party and how many people attended?
