Custom made Cubic Zirconia

Where can I get this ring made with a cubic zirconia like the one below made? I would be ok with it being sterling silver as well…something very inexpensive.

Check twobirch.com. They have a bunch of different styles that you can get with whatever gold/silver/diamond/cz combo you want. I don't see anything exactly like this on there, but there are some really similar, twisty-type ones.

Stirling silver is a really soft metal and easily tarnishes. Not really the best for everyday jewelry like an engagement ring!
