I miss the old WFL days.

I made a killer dip/spread with cream cheese, shredded cheddar, bacon bits, chopped onions (dry), red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

I'm enjoying it with some crackers and pretzel rods.

Roasted cauliflower. I had a whole head in the fridge and it needed to be used. We're going to events tonight and tomorrow, so I just decided to roast it up. Delicious.

Cafeteria meatloaf, cooked carrots and a side salad. There is also leftover retirement cake and I might splurge on that after my patient.

I also just ate another one of my muffins that I made last night for Liam's Kindermusik Christmas party this morning. They were a hit, but of course I made extra so I could eat them like the glutton I am.
