Hairdo suggestions for dress suit

Hello!

I'm wearing a knee length white dress suit for my wedding since this isn't my first marriage. I would like some suggestions for a hair do that won't make me look too old (I'm 38), professional or washed out. I'm a redhead, so I need some color around my face, especially with a white suit. I'm not using a veil, though open to other hair accessories. Do you think I could get away with keeping my hair long, or would an up do look better?

I personally think suits look better with the hair pulled up off the collar, but you can still leave it framing your face. Something low and loose like this maybe?

You could wear it down and curly with some sort of head piece, like this bride:

Or maybe a curly pony kind of thing with pieces still framing your face, like this:
