How to link personal domain to wedding site??

I've purchased personal domain, started website and everything, but for some reason now it is not linked to the knot's settings? I can search for my domain and open page, but can't access it through the knot to update anything. I've emailed and called customer service, but have yet to receive answer. Very frustrating.
