  Generally the child attendants walk last before the bride. So MOH, RB, bride, but it doesn't truly matter and you can do it how you like.

  oh, hmmmm, ok so I guess I have options. The RB is actually our son, not that, that makes a big difference on walking order. We may have him walk with grandma, so he may go first any way. We'll see!!

  No reason you can't have the MOH walk down the isle like a bride would that is having a larger wedding. And for the GM, he can just walk out with the Groom.
