BIG changes! Help please!

So my fiance and I were set to be married on March, 14, 2015 in Newport Beach, CA (we live in Chicago Suburbs). Well my fiance is going to be deployed 
(US Air Force) very soon so we have to bump it up to February. We are making it a VERY small thing. My parents, his parents and sister. So five people plus us. My father is taking us all out to eat after but I would like to have a cute ceremony if possible. Any ideas anyone? Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

    Are you doing JoP or with an officiant? Either way, I think it can still be cute. Dress nice, get your hair done, have a small bouquet, small corsages/bouts for the rest. Have someone take pics.

    The Laguna Court House is very pretty. You could get a lot of nice photos. There are also a lot of boat captains in the area who might be willing to take you out for a mini cruise and do your ceremony.
