I went a several interviews with this one company over the last week and I got the call back yesterday. I got the job! Yay!
I ended up accepting a lower pay than I originally expected from looking at national averages, which I'm now finding out are terribly scewed by high salary places like NYC, but I guess I can't complain since I have no previous experience (straight out of college) and FI also accepted a new job with a higher pay. At lease it's living wage and I get the experience and connections I need! I'm happy! Now I have to go get me some nice work clothes.
