I'm getting married in April and I'm in kind of a tough spot. I bought a dress back in May, but recently found out I'm going to need shoulder surgery and will have a huge incision site that won't be healed back over by the wedding. I considered having sleeves added, but it won't work with the dress style. I'm now stuck trying to find a new dress quickly. Since I'm going to have a huge amount of medical bills coming up from the surgery, and I've already spent my entire wedding dress budget, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where I could find an inexpensive but still good quality and beautiful dress.
