No inner envelope - how to invite children?

My invitations do not contain an inner envelope. Short of contacting all of these families directly, what's the best way to indicate that children ARE invited? My understanding is that children should not be included on the outer envelope (and the names will not fit on it anyway!). Over half of my guests have at least one child and several families have 4+ children.

My apologies if this has been answered somewhere else, but I can't find it easily. I know I must not be the only person with this question though because inner envelopes are becoming so much less common, especially for casual weddings (mine is casual, by the way).
