South Florida Ceremony/Reception under $3000 with B.Y.O Caterers

Hi i need your HELP...WE are looking to pull off the Greatest show ever for under $3000 - B.Y.O caterers would be Awesome.

About us - Early stages of planing. Were getting married in FL (had planed Vegas but not possible due to family factors)

Guest: 25-30 MAX (no kids) / $3000 for Ceremony/Reception (DJ & Photographer - taken care of by family pros)

South Florida were open to location, however if in Miami / Naples area is a plus and even better if the venue permits outside caterers

I am DIY savvy and my brother is a bartender so this would be a plus if required at venue.

Are you from FL? You have listed some pretty pricey venues. Vizcaya definitely needs tents because there is very, very limited plan B spacing if the weather does not cooperate. The monastery and coral castle can also be up there in price.

The Coconut Grove Woman's Club might be an option (it is located right next to the Peacock Cafe).
