  OP means morbido tulle. It is a type of fabric from Italy. If you leave out morbido in your search and simply look up cathedral mantilla veil you will find plenty of options. Does the fabric absolutely have to be morbido?

  no but it is preferable since it is lightweight and will give the effect I want.

  Try Classic Veils.  They only offer tulle veils, but if they don't have what you are looking for you can use their customizing option.  Hope that helps.

  Have you tried O Bridal http://www.occanseydesigns.com ?  I designed my veil there, and I thought the prices were reasonable, the quality was good, and the customer service was really great.  I don't think you'll find the Morbido tulle there, but you can definitely play around with shapes and lace trimmings.
