We gotta feed 'em!

I'm currently looking for a caterer, preferably buffet-style. Most of the ones I've found serve food that looks quite fancy, but not very filling. My fiancee's family is chock full of true Texans! And they wanna eat! I've always said that if I ever got married, none of my guests would go home hungry. Is anybody familiar with a great caterer, at a reasonable price, that serves buckets of delicious food?

    We used Ral's, it was fannnnnntastic! We had a pasta station and a prime rib cutting station, also fruit, cheese, veggies, etc. They were absolutely wonderful.
