Small Wedding on a Budget in Tampa/St. Petersburg: Looking for Venue

Ladies I'm looking for some location ideas for a really small wedding (25 guests). Short and simple outdoor space for ceremony and indoor reception. We are trying to keep things as simple and low key as possible. Budget around $1K. Thanks

Oh and anywhere in Pinellas or Hillsborough county works

I'd Suggest:

Don Vicente ( try a breakfast menu)

Get married on Sand Key or Clearwater beach and have the reception at Island Way Grille

Or there's a small gardens in Tampa proper

you could look into having it at the University of Tampa

UT is really expensive these days! I looked there too! The Davis Island Garden Club is really affordable, but it's ONLY the space. You still have to coordinate food, decor, bar & whatever other vendors.

or inside the main building.
