French Polynesia in October?

Hello! My FI and I have always wanted to go somewhere exotic and romantic like FP or Fiji and figured our Honeymoon would be the perfect time to travel someplace like this. I'm wanting people's opinions on FP and maybe some other suggestions. We wouldn't travel until the October month after our wedding. Just wanted to see what people suggested! Thanks!

    I have been to FP six times and my most recent trip was in Oct 2013. The weather was gorgeous, but with places like that, there really is no predicting the weather.

     

    I can go on and on and on about FP, Fiji and the Cooks (been to both of those as well!) October is still considered high season, so pricing will still be on the higher side. How much are you planning to budget? FP is the most expensive, followed by Fiji then the Cooks. Also, what type of experience are you looking for?

     

    I highly recommend checking out the following and speaking with a Tahiti, Fiji, or Cooks Specialist TA.
