Chit Chat

I don't think there's a real topic here...just talking..lol

sooooo i was talking to a friend of mine yesterday about the wedding, and I had to stop and take a moment because I realized how easy it was for me to say our instead of mine, We instead of I, him and I instead of me.  For me that huge because for a long time I was single and it was nothing but me, I and mine...LOL

Thanks for listening.

  • I'm the opposite.  DH is so easy going that if I want to do something he's good with it.  So I always find myself having to check if he really wants to do something/go somewhere.  Or I'll mention it in passing, put it in my mental calendar and he forgets while I'm planning my entire day around it.  I do ask him, but it's usually later cos I forgot to at first and just start planning stuff in my head

  • Happy anniversary, @CMGragain

What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
  • Happy anniversary @CMGragain ! My parents 39th anniversary was this year too. So exciting!
