sooooo i was talking to a friend of mine yesterday about the wedding, and I had to stop and take a moment because I realized how easy it was for me to say our instead of mine, We instead of I, him and I instead of me. For me that huge because for a long time I was single and it was nothing but me, I and mine...LOL

Today is our 39th wedding anniversary. I am a little envious of you ladies who have so much time to plan and talk about your weddings. Mine was a hurry up wedding, planned in two months.
DH spent tonight at an astronomy viewing party. I stayed home and scrubbed the kitchen floor. We will have a nice dinner out sometime this week. Dates aren't that important to us. I get out my wedding pictures and marvel at the changes. (Sigh!) Life is good.

I'm the opposite. DH is so easy going that if I want to do something he's good with it. So I always find myself having to check if he really wants to do something/go somewhere. Or I'll mention it in passing, put it in my mental calendar and he forgets while I'm planning my entire day around it. I do ask him, but it's usually later cos I forgot to at first and just start planning stuff in my head
