Help! Wedding Beer Names

Hi all!

We are having a friend brew all the beer for our wedding and we wanted to come up with creative names for them. Currently we have one name “Hoppily Ever After IPA”. Below are the three more beers we have to name.

Brown Ale
Belgian Triple
Bells Two Hearted IPA clone

Any help naming these creatively would be great! The more clever, the better. :) Thanks!!

Re: Help! Wedding Beer Names

  • Bells will naturally lend itself to "Wedding Bells," that could be cute!

  • Why do you have to name the beers?  Because you think it will be cute?  No.  Guests don't care about the cutesy name you chose for the beer.  They only care what the beer is actually called so that they can determine what they want to drink.

  • Agree with PP's, just keep it to the styles... No need to get all cutesy. Also I wouldn't go around labeling the Bells IPA as being Bells or a clone of Bells... There's no way that beer is going to taste exactly like a beer brewed by a professional brewing company -- They don't just go around handing out their recipes to stuff like that. Just label it as an American IPA with the ABV listed. done.
  • To be honest, cutesy names for beers and drinks could confuse your guests who are used to just asking for a generic type of drinks.  I'd skip it.
