Has anyone used Hartford City Hall for a private ceremony only? We would like to do a private ceremony with just the two of us and required witnesses. Can you do it during the week after hours? We'll be hiring a photographer and videographer and will be taking pictures there and at another location beforehand. I tried to find contact information online but was not successful. Any information is appreciated!
