Transportation?

How does everyone work transportation out for the wedding party?  We are having the ceremony in Howard (North West Green Bay Suburb) and the reception and hotel are in the Kimberly area (Suburb of Appleton) [31 miles away].


Do we rent for the trip up and back?  If so do wedding party spouses ride along?

Is it just a ride from ceremony to reception and spouses drive up with wedding party to ceremony, thus spouses driving themselves to the reception?


Just not sure where to start in this scenario.

    Honestly - it's a good detail to skip because ultimately you end up with people running here there and yonder to reconnect them with their vehicles and depending on where everyone lives it can be more headache than it's worth (since it's not likely everyone's going to stay at the hotel.  Also, it's 31 miles each way - that's going to add up in cost in a HURRY!

    The real question is why Kimberly over Green Bay?!?!  There are far closer options at the same price point...
