wedding venue near DE for less than $1000

Hello, I'm trying to find a venue for my wedding Nov 12, 2016 (expecting about 50 people, maybe a little less) in the Delaware area, I would be willing to look at PA, MD, NJ, NY. I am thinking of hiring my own caterer to save money, unless the venue can do around $10pp. I also probably do a limited bar, or byob if the venue allows.
Thanks for any help! Also maybe some suggestions on where to look?

We're going to use the General Warren Inne in Malvern, PA. Food is more than $10/person, but the event fee is tiny so it seemed like a good deal to us. We'll see how it goes in May!

I would look into fire houses. My friend has his wedding at the firehouse in Newport (DE) and I was very lovely.

It is very difficult to find a "wedding venue" for less than $1000 in Delaware. Instead of looking up wedding venues specifically, I would try finding a restuarant with a room that you really like.
