Flamingo Chapel (indoor)

Hi,

I was hoping to be an Aria bride, but unfortunately it's a little out of budget.

My second choice is Flamingo, but I'm a little apprehensive as I've not seen or heard much about it. Does anyone have any photos? I've only seen their professional ones and one brides on here.

Also, when I've inquired it says it's located on a hilltop - is this difficult to get to? I am not bothered about walking a little but my future FIL's knees aren't the greatest.

Any more info about the place would be great!

I have no info on the Flamingo. I just thought I'd add that we are having our ceremony at The Wedding Place. It's priced very well. And you can bring your own flowers. So that can really cut on the cost if you have attendants.

@amiexx that's the one I seen too! It looks lovely, it must have recently been done as the hotel is quite old. Are you going for the indoor chapel? I've seen reports of it being near the pool and noisy (not sure if this is for all chapels) but I thought, it's inside so I can't see that being a huge issue.

I lie. I didn't take photos. But I have a re-cap as of May! There was also a bride here who was married in... June? I think. She shared some shots, too.

Yes Iv went for the indoor chapel, I looked up every chapel in Vegas before I decided and this was the only chapel I really liked the decor in, and the aria. Iv read lots of reviews on the chapel which all seem to be good and say how lovely it is, apart from xeodens which has got me abit worried. Iv not heard anyone mention about the noise so hopefully it won't be an issue, last time I was in Vegas in 2013, before I knew we were getting married we looked around the gardens and came across the chapel and gazebo I can't remember it being noisy but I wasn't paying attension.

@xoeden aw, it doesn't sound like you thought much of it. To be honest, the photo's I've seen of the indoor chapel do look lovely, as do the grounds. I'm just a bit nervous as I'll not be there until the day!

@amiexx you sound like me

if there's any issue with noise I imagine it'd affect an outdoor wedding if any, unless it's mega loud lol.

Yes, apparently I'm the only one who wasn't impressed with the Flamingo; it was high on my venue list, too.

I think I was just shocked that it was all plastic or extremely plastic looking, which seriously disappointed me. The waterfalls are VERY loud, which explains why you're given a mic as part of the ceremony.
